International Conference on Mountains, Climate and Health in Central Asia
Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Mountainous Central Asia is among the world’s most climate-vulnerable regions, warming faster than the global average. This conference will explore the climate–health nexus, focusing on how rising temperatures, glacier retreat, and extreme weather events are impacting health, food security, and water safety.

Bringing together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and development partners, the conference will share emerging evidence and practical solutions while contributing to preparations for the Bishkek +25 Global Mountain Summit in 2027.
